I have near the same troubles, when i do the threading cycle coding my machine is only doing the half way? I also have done the Lathe Diameter mode.
The Index is running, i could not find where is the true RPM shown. Maybe there is a missing input in my config.

Hi,
To display the true RPM in Mach4 Lathe click the Operator menu. Then select "Edit Screen". Mach4 switches to screen edit mode. Now select the Spindle text field. On the Properties area select DRO Code. A drop-down menu appears. Select "Spindle True RPM". That's it. To save your changes click the "Operator Menu" then "Edit Screen" as you did before.
