Does anyone have an idea why when I jog the X axis with the x- and x+ that they move in the same direction? Has anyone had that problem and if so, how do you fix it?

Can you tell me exactly what you did? I am having this exact problem with my Y and slaved A motors....they start out working fine, and then both the + and - jog send it the same direction...which is incidentally the direction that it is running very smoothly....the other direction is very jerky and struggling.
