auto start/load Mach4 with profile, windows 10

I had no problem doing this with windows 7 or xp with mach3 but I'm hitting roadblocks with 10. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Put the shortcut with the /p prof in the start folder

Try right click on the shortcut and select more
