MACH 4 Offset in z axis seems to be off
« on: December 29, 2019, 09:17:00 AM »
Hi all, I am fairly new to CNC just bought a Avid CNC Pro last month. After homing machine I will center spindle over center of my project and zero x and y. Then using my auto z touch plate on the top off my project I will zero my z axis. Touch plate is set in specs to 1 inch. When I cycle my g code x and y are good but z is 1 inch high ?. Is there a offset somewhere I am not seeing. Thanks for any help Greg
