Fixture Table read from excel spreadsheet

I have an industrial application of Mach 4 where I am essentially cutting a rectangle from a manufactured (plastic) part. Due to process variations, I need the capability to adjust the offsets of all four sides of this rectangle.

Currently, I have set up 4 offsets (G54-G57) to adjust the corner offsets. The issue is, for instance, if I need to move the "left" edge in the X direction, I need to adjust the x offset of both G56 and G57 to move both corners resulting in the whole edge moving.

All of this to ask, is there an easy way to link the Fixture table in Mach 4 to an excel document?

Or, is there a way I can set up a screen element with a button that will move the "edge" which will adjust the two corresponding offsets?
