Mach4, Home backoff limits

Boots:
When “Reference  all home” the machine moves to Z Home switch, triggers it then does not back off. How can we change the Homing routine to move off the homing switch?? In MAch4 I tried increasing the offset but it does not work.

Thanks for the reply - my setup is close to your setup; the only difference is the negative value in the soft limits. I will try that.
