Having a strange issue with a Router which we have built that has a Galil DMC 4080 on it and Mach 3.

It lets us jog all three axis in one direction but if we try to jog in the other direction it just always says we aren't allowed due to a limit.

It's odd as it's not the Galil 22 error that usually comes up and the limits clearly aren't active so I'm guessing its a soft limit type issue but not really sure why. It just seems odd how if you jog in a positive direction, it would let you go back to where you have come from if it was a soft limit.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

I was having a similar problem that turned out to be a loose wire on a limit switch.  I have the DMC 4133.  If you turn off soft limits does the problem disappear?
