Is it in your code to move the z? If not, check your safe z settings. Also, post your code with a note of where you think it is going wrong.

Hi
Here is the file if you look at the file I spaced  the code in the file that should not be there and it is in the code I did delete some cod in the file so it is not that big it move the z axis up and down with no X and Y movement between the up an down

you might check your drawing that you created the g-code from and see if there is a break in the line at that location (open vector), that would cause it to lift up in z and move from y14.9966 to y 14.9967 as in your code

I don't use LC but does it have an option to check for open vectors?
Due to the short movement in your code I suspect you have an open vector, enough to give you a z movement.
If you want to post the dxf drawing or email it to me I'll look at it for you.

I found no open vectors in your drawing, they were all fine.
Maybe someone that works with LC can help you. Try rotating or moving the vectors and generating the g-code again and see if that helps

It would be nice if Art or Brain would see the problem . As of rotate the part that is a no no because the part is nested on a sheet to save matrial
