Need help configuring G-Rex pins in Mach3

Can't find instructions for configuring the pin's for G-Rex.
Can someone direct me to where the info is?

Hey Bill, sorry, I just got in from work. All inputs and outputs are set to port 1, pins are: 1-16 ins and outs are 1-16 on the g100 ins and outs. Your Home switches should be wired to the ones marked LIM for each axis. They are inputs 17-22, 17=x, 18=Y, 19=Z, 20=A, 21=B, 22=C.
