pokeys m16d mach4 vfd/spindle control

I am setting up a lathe with a M16D pokeys motion controller.  I am using mach4 with the mach4 lathe plugin from cnc4pc.  I can get movement of X/Z axis but having issues getting the relays to control my VFD for the spindle.

They are setup in both the pokeys plugin and mach config but when I click forward or reverse I get no relay clicking.  There are red LEDs on for each relay and what I think is the 0-10v for vfd PWM control.

I am sure I am missing something but don't know what. 

Any help would be great.
