You didnt have to modify the macro to wait for spindle to accelerate.
You can adjust the wait time in: Config/Ports & Pins/Spindle setup tab. There are CW Delay Spin UP, CCW Delay Spin Up ... parameters.
Kep your M3 macro simple.
