« on: December 12, 2018, 01:30:15 PM »
Hi just bought one of these off ebay, everything on the CD is in Chinese, can anyone point me to an english manual or set up instructions? ive got as far as loading the plugin and it isnt throwing up any errors. ive connected it within mach3 and the plugin control is there so im assuming so far so good. however not sure how to set up the ports? ive set up uc300's and smooth steppers so im not a novice!!

Regards

Hi,
I see you've had no replies....it doesn't surprise me I don't know that anyone has been able to get these junk boards to work.

Do yourself a favour and get another SmoothStepper or UC300, as you know....they work as intended unlike Chinese rubbish.

Hey Craig thanks for that really helpful advice ,that was exactly what I was looking for!
Actually I worked it out myself, you just have to use the correct plugin, works a treat  had one running 4 axis on a soak test for 48 hours not one problem. fantastic value at £20 a pop as opposed to £140 for a uc300 or£200 for a smooth stepper,
just ordered another 4 as they cant be at that price for much longer !
    Merry Christmas

Hi,
kool. post how you did it.....there are dozens of people out there who have this board and can't get them to work,
they would appreciate your help.

Hi,
there are a limited number of file formats which can be attached. Also each file attached must have a unique name, so if someone loaded a file
of the same name three years ago.......It may be appropriate to lodge the file on the net somewhere and then link to it.

Its may well be the instructions of how you got it to work rather than the .dll file would be more valuable to others.

Just as a matter of interest now that you have got the board to work have you tried G31 probing?
