MACH4
« on: November 27, 2018, 02:37:45 PM »
I have had my mach4 installed for about five years. To day it started in DEMO.
I don't have the information that came with the license. I checked the mach4
directory and the license file is present.
How do I get MACH4  out of DEMO

Hi,
the most likely explanation is that your PCID has changed, sometimes changes to the OS will do it.

On the Help/About tab you will find the licence status and the machines current PCID. If its in demo then you will need to
ask NFS to provide a new licence file.

Yours is likely an older license from the era when licenses were issued
manually. If this is the case you will need to contact the vendor who
sold you the Mach4 to request the update. If you have a newer
license issued by MachSupport directly, or by a reseller that issued you
a "coupon" so you could set up your own account, then you can
update the license yourself using the MachSupport web site.

We have sent aa1piham an e-mail with instructions about how to
work with PMDX to transition to a self managed license.
