SEREGIUS,
So I can better understand your machine please provide the following.
What type motors are you using to drive X/Y axis CNC machine?
Are they rated to run at the 26,000mm/min F Speed you say you have tested?
What speed have your set the Mach4 configuration "Velocity Units/Min" on Motors 0 and 1?
What is your "Counts per unit"
What is your "Acceleration Units/Sec^2"?
Regards,
Mauri.

I use the HIWIN TMN93E series rotary engines. https://www.hiwin.com/torque-motors-rotary-tables.html

I set the speed in Mach4 55000 mm / min. Engines had no problems with rotation.
The buyer reports that he does not need 55000. He needs a cut at a speed of 35000, and an empty displacement of 40,000.

SEREGIUS,
Thanks for the information, I was curious as I have not seen any CNC go that quick.
Can you provide the Circle Diameters you want to cut so as I can provide and X/Y circle G-Code for you to test instead of the I/J and see if it makes any difference to the Circle shape.
Regards,
Mauri.

Mauri,
You gave code in Reply #18. The machine is busy now. I will conduct tests as soon as I can.
For tests you can draw several circles: 100, 150, 200, 250, 300 mm.
I will correct the code from the router to the laser and do tests at a speed of 25 - 35 m / min.

Mauri,
I cut circles at a speed of 25,000 mm / min. They are even (circles rotate 360 degrees in the cut metal), just like the circle in Post #1, the circle #1.
