Hi Everyone!

So forewarning to everyone, this is my first time working with this kind of machine, and first time working with Mach3 software.

I am trying to cut a simple Letter D out of foam with my foam cutter that I got from RC Foam Cutter(Same company as FoamLinx). The machine was delivered to me fully assembled. I've set up all the inputs, and and pins according to their specs on their website, set up the coordinates under the settings.

When I go to cut from one of my G Codes, its like one of the axis is following completely different coordinates from the GCode(it could be both are following different coordinates, but what I can tell you its no where near a letter D, or anything for that matter.

I have a link for the video: https://www.dropbox.com/s/wksh0ej93gqv3fu/FoamCutter.MOV?dl=0

I'm not sure what's going on, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
