Assuming I have the correct .xml...

As ZASto has said your accelerations are too high.

I think you need to make many changes to your setup but just make one at a time, saving the change, restarting Mach then checking the result.

I suggest...

1) Set your X an Y axis Velocity to 2000 and Acceleration to 200.
2) Z acceleration to 90

You have a conflict of Pins where you have Enable1 set as Port 1 Pin 14 and also X Axis Direction Pin as Port 1 Pin 14 - this needs correcting.
You have M3 set for Output#6 which is not enabled or set to any Port or Pin.

There are many other things that need attention but just try those to start with.
PEACE

Thank you Tweakie.CNC,

I will make the corrections and let you know how it goes, I think I've stared at it all so much i can't see the wood for the trees now so a fresh pair of eyes is needed, i would be interested in the other changes that are needed as we go. I still have to configure the mpg (Wireless) and also see if i can get the spindle running through mach 3, i am using an RS485 adapter to the vfd. I disconnected it and have been switching it on at the vfd which seems to run with no interference to the steppers. When i run it through mach 3 it "jitters".

Thank you for the help and as i said i will let you know how it goes.

Regards

Tackleboxman

Hi Zasto,

Just tried the new xml file with the better settings for accel and velocity and still the machine is jerky. Do you have any other ideas for me.  ???

I also have a new gremlin... When I load the g code it all load into the g code window but only a small section loads into the table display window.

OK, I went into config, ports and pins, spindle setup and unchecked "use spindle motor output" and the jerking went away. It seems that problem is there somewhere. And I've just noticed I'm running in demo mode hence the limited lines. Just added my license and all good. I can run the spindle manually for now and the machine is running smoothly. Gonna try some code. Smiley face, smiley face.

Well, it depends on your job size.
Your table is set to be 2350mm x 1320mm.
Mach usually displays the whole table defined in Confing->Homing/Limits (you have Soft limits enabled si Mach "knows" size of your table).
On second image it is visible the size of the job ~263 x 338 :)

A bit more tweaked xml: https://cloud.mail.ru/public/5Xbx/3sCDS1hq5
