Mach3 no axis movement more and many more
« on: October 23, 2018, 06:55:31 AM »
Hi

after solving the problem of license my machine stops working.
I have Mach3 installed and uninstalled several times, at some point it the license work.
And now the axes do not move any more, the spindle release and the cooling no longer work.
I didnt make any changes in windows or bios´.

But the reference switch, emergency stop and axis emergency stop are working and will be displayed to me in MACH3 via message and at the diagnosis window.
The Drivertest ist ok, Win XP say the Lpt on the motherboard runs and there are a connection.
I have make some pictures from the running machine before solving the license problem and I set up the same settings form the running machine.
Yesterday I formatted the hard disk with DBAN and reinstalled windows xp 32bit with sp3.
When I f put the machine into first operation, everything worked without any lpt settings.

1. Best to post your xml file. The xml file contains all the settings you are using and can be found in the Mach3 directory.
The file name is probably Mach3Turn. xml, but, make the name unique when posting it.
2. Change Kernal Speed  to 25000hz and note the Pulses Per Second value at the top of the driver test screen
    when run.
3. Make sure your hot keys are correct, best to review all configuration.
4. List the drives, any break out boards, etc. that you are using.

Hi Rich,

Thank you for your help.

1.
When I am back from work, I will upload the xml file for you.

2.
At the last days I run the drivertest with 25khz and 100khz.
The running machine was setting to 100khz.
Here a two pictures from the drivertest:

3.
Hot keys has correct configuration. When I push the arrow keys the X and Z axis change the way numbers, but in reality the axis doesn't move.
When I push the cooling button at the Mach3 original screen,  I see a yellow light but in reality the relai doesn't work.

4.
I use cloesd loop Leadshine es d808 drivers with Leadshine stepper motors.
My Motherboard is from Asus : P5KPL-AM
Breakoutboard is from Benezan : https://www.google.de/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=http://www.benezan-electronics.de/manuals/NetBob1-Installation.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwiu0smYy5zeAhVMJ1AKHQp7AAsQFjABegQIBRAB&usg=AOvVaw2OTDUdNiQEa5ED9v_mqEyw

So in this configuration, the machine was running good for me.

As far as I can see, there is no plugin for Mach3 for Benezan breakout board, so erarlier, with that configuration COULD NOT work.
When using external controllers, kernel speed does not play any role.
Make no mistake between my personality and my attitude.
My personality is who I am.
My attitude depends on who you are.

I use the Benezan breakoutboard since 2015 without any problems in my Deckel milling machine and Mach3.

My lathe runs with this configuration good, before I solved the lizense problem.

Benezan is one of the best companies for cnc  products, here in Germany

How do you connect your PC's Parallel Port to your Benezan breakoutboard ?

I connect it with a standard 1:1 sub d cable.

So I presume you are using the TripleBeast rather than the ethernet connected controller you have linked in Reply #2 ?

Sorry to sound dumb but I am trying to understand your setup.

Hi

Thank you for your Help.

The machine run.
The problem was the configuration in Mach3.
I didn´t activate the charge pump on port 1 and pin 16, this is the release for the breakoutboard.
