usually those boards are using one pin for an enable Signal.
is there no way to figure out the configuration of WinPC CNC ?

I have looked on the web and can only find one place that advertises this board, did you get a manual with it?  If so upload it so we can work out what you need to do.

A lot of the Chinese boards use pin 9 as an enable and some need pin 1 to be fed the charge pump signal to enable outputs.
