XP PRO SP3 Mach4 will not RUN

Hi
I had Mach4 running under XP pro SP3  I did a fresh install of XP on the same computer  with XP pro SP3
I tried mach4  4.2 3233  and get error "could not initialize the core"
I tried Mach4  4.2 3804  and get error  "could not initialize the core RC=-17"
I am at a loss to know what to try it had worked the new copy of XP seems to be running perfectly apart from Mach4 not starting
any idea's

Well I spent a hour or 2 and searched manually the forum for a post I knew had to be there and found the answer

Net.framework needs to be installed on the computer I installed that and we are all good
