Need help with circle measures
« on: August 16, 2018, 01:58:53 PM »
HI, good morning.
I need help, i'm new to mach3 software. I have calibrated my CNC Router by the Motor Tuning setting in Mach3. By using Mach3 wizards i've machined a rectangular pocket of 2.00" x2.50" which in measurements are exactly the given measure, the problem is when i generate a circle pocket using another software, the machining results are twice the dimension given. For example, my circular pocket was 1.00" in diameter, and the machined pocket resulted in 2.120". Is there a way to correct/solve this? This only happens with circle/arc type movements.

Thanks.
