Hi Wirez1976,

The code snippet you posted was created in Imperial (Inch) units so needs to contain G20 (which it does).

If your machine is not cutting the part the correct size then you should re-calibrate the axes. On the Settings screen click Set Steps per Unit button and follow the on-screen instructions. (Just one point that has confused some - if you tell the machine to move 25.4 it should move 25.4 not 1  ;) )

May have to check the calibration of all the axes too.
If you are at 0,0,0 and you put g0 x10 in, how far does it go?

Hi Eric,
I'm coming to the conclusion that Roger is right....that somehow your profile has been corrupted and your 'steps per unit' is out of whack.

Just double check that Machs native units have not  changed...that is Config/Select Native Units
