Setting error inputs

<< < (3/3)

geonik:
I had random errors with my ethernet. The cause was conflicts with internet IP. Now I use 192.168.2.4 static IP for my ethernet card, and 192.168.2.5 for the pokeys. Mask 255.255.255.0 and getaway 192.168.2.254
And a tip.. If your spindle is unable to reach full RPM you have to install a small 1Kohm resistor in parallel with the 10V pokeys output.

Thank you very much for the brains files.

Regarding the Driver Fault: it is the driver algorithms which make the problem. It is a motor timing problem. The error is a pre-driver fault..

Regarding the VFD / Resistor: this was a much bigger problem to be successfully solved a year ago: See here, the last 4 posts of my thread:

Hi again
Sorry, I do not get it.....
Why you have 3 times 'Reset' and only for z then 'Output' 3  ?

geonik:
Hi
I use output 3 for testing.
You have to short error input to the ground (or to 5v, it depends on your driver) and check the red lamp (Output signals, Diagnostics tab). Test error inputs one by one, and if everything works, change from output 3 to reset.
