MACH 3 RECOGNIZING HOME SWITCH BUT NOT STOPPING
« on: March 15, 2018, 06:52:08 PM »
After 3 days of reading things on here, and trying those settings... I’m at a loss....

MACH 3
Win XP
Leafboy77 controller (USB)
Jcut 1325 machine

Machine has ran fine for 2 years.... went in the other day to cut something and all of a sudden it would not home.  When I hit REF ALL HOME, the machine goes right past the the home/limit switch, light comes on in diagnostic screen, so it does recognize it, but it continues on and crashes into stop... I have adjusted debounce. And pretty much everything I’ve read on here in the last 3 days(which is a lot of info) and it has changed nothing.  Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi,
the diagnostic LED may come on so Mach is reading the input but its the controller which is responsible
for homing. The communication delay means that Mach can't do it itself, it farms it out to your controller.
Maybe the controller is faulty.

Try replacing the .xml file with a known good backup.
