Hi,
I downloaded Windows 7 Standard Emmbedded, it has both a 32 and a 64 bit distribution. I was able to buy a licence for it locally, $200NZD or about $140USD.
I made a disc of the 32 bit distribution and installed without requiring the internet and haven't looked back.
