OK New Wrinkle...I send a Job from F-Engrave to Tap File....If I set the Depth at  -.0001 or -.0125....The Depth does not change.... I am perplexed...This Just started happening today....

Hi Billy,
I make circuit boards which require extremely fine depth control even with PCB blanks that have modest bow/warps. I use:

and would be of value to anyone doing engraving.

Update.... A Few Things.....Turns out that we have a 15 degree angle on Flex Bits...Not 30 degree standarrd....so getting bits re-tooled...
Our Dahlgren spindle speed goes from 3000 to 23000....and we run brass at about  11000...Reading up more ion the Mach3 software and tweeks...Once I get the Bits Back..... I can give a better update.....

Hi Billy,
yeah 15 degree bits are VERY tender.

For Plastic (Soft)...Its all Good :)...When we took over the other company....The Person who ran the Dahlgren was like me trying to run the CNC at first :)..... We went by the Specs that he initially had as far as the bits.....What he had was incorrect...
I found that out by doing a Back Check with Antares... under the other companies name....They said that ACE got 15 degree not 30.... When we would send the bits in to be re-sharpened...We always thought they were 30....But now we know  that as well :)
