USB video display
« on: November 03, 2017, 01:54:10 PM »
I have a USB 200x scope that I use to zero my X and Y coordinates. I currently have to run two windows. One displaying the video and the other has Mach4 showing the jogging controls. Is there a way for Mach4 to display the video from a USB scope on its screen? Not fussy about the mechanism, macros, screen elements, anything.

Thx

Hi,
I think it very possible. It would require that you code a panel in your screen set and populate that panel with the video feed from the microscope.
I've never done either so I wont be of much help but I could try.

I think the simplest way to proceed would be to make a new Tab within your screen set and have the video window on that. At a later date you could make
that window/panel visible on other Tabs/pages within the screen set.
