Hi P Riedie,

No problem with the geographical error. It happens to the best of us even.

Maybe it is best you take a vacation here in Manila so that you will remember its beautiful beaches and sceneries :)

Nice to know you are running 5 machines commercially. I believe I can learn a lot from you as I am a rank amateur when it comes to machining. I may bother you in the future when I run into problems especially doing 3D CAD drawing of irregular shape moulds. That is, if you will allow me  ;D

Also, amazingly, you do know a lot about Double S and the recent Manila exhibit  ;)

Dear Mr.Duncan

Nice to see you here.  I guess " Double S " is well know, because everyone knows.

The spindle speed is controlled by the PC, so no need to change the spindle speed manually.

At the back of the column, you will see the PCB which control the spindle speed.

The Z axis step motor and the Y axis step motor have been installed in the back of the column.

Hello Weedy,

Saw my name mentioned earlier so just registered now to say that I always post under my own name.

Thanks, Ketan at ARC.

Sparkling,

Hi, Nice layout of the machine.
I like the way you have copied the free design service from Arc and myself  8)

Does this one have angular contact bearings inside ?

Hello Ketan,

Nice to see you here. I apologized if it seems to appear that I am insinuating anyone is posting under a different name. No intention of that sort as I do not know everyone and I am trying to know who is who :)

Anyhow, have a good day and I am enjoying the pictures posted by Double S.

Best regards,
Weedy

Greetings all,
Have you noticed how only one question gets answered out of three ?

Arturo asked if it used the charge pump circuit for safety and I'd like to ask if this machine and the SX3 CNC is being offered to Syil for resale as they infer in there posts on CNC Zone that they will be carrying these ?

P Riedie.

Sparkling,
Is that the DOS based controller that I saw on Red Bull's stand at the China export show recently.

If not can you share what operating system it runs on DOS, Linux or Windows ?

Thanks

John S.
