Lazy Cam bugs

Lazy cam isnt posting a z retract at the end of the program.
Also it would be nice if it would turn the coolant on and off, esp nice if it could turn off coolant on rapid moves.

Many of the problems have been fixed in the version that I have here... I have redone the output class and I also added code to turn the coolant on and off...

BTW I have never turned the coolant off for rapid moves....
