Hello I had purchased Mach4 through a reseller and have to contact them anytime i update my computer and wait for them to reply (I've been using old computers and upgrade anytime I can I'm on my third one in two years). Is there a way to transfer me directly to Newfangled Solutions so I can manage my own PCID's as i do with Darwin Parallel port licence, If I knew it were like this I would have bought my licence directly through Newfangled Solutions no disrespect to any resellers everyone has to make a living.

I have only recently bought a licence for Mach4 myself. I doubt you can
transfer as you would like.

Why do your computers keep blowing up? One reliable platform
and this question would never have arisen.

You would perhaps need to contact NFS Mach4 licensing directly (http://www.machsupport.com/contact-us/) to get the definitive answer but I suspect you are locked into the existing system that you currently have.

a process in place for transferring your license for self-management on the
license server.
