NFS_Mill.exe has stopped working

I was using the Milll Wizard demo for a while before I decided to get the full license a couple of days ago. After I tried to license it I can no longer open the program, I just get this "NFS_Mill.exe has stopped working" message. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same result. Any ideas?
