While the machine is idle I can place the Promo THC in test mode with THC on and Z will travel up and down. As its travel I'm able to adjust the speed from 1 to 25 and see a very large difference in the speed range.

So while making a long cut I noticed the torch was way too high while I was running with THC on. So, on the next piece I set the voltage on the Promo to 60, I thought this torch should drag the sheet and even that didn't make it work. It's like there is a setting keeping the Z axis from traveling down, now up it'll go 0.500" away from the material with no issue. Even with the speed set at 25 moving down is slow. Coming up it fast.

While watching the Promo the down LED is ON steady but Z isn't moving down.
