Is not it possible in an easy way to allow rapid traverse of 10% and keep g01 feed to 100%

Not clear what you ask but you can set the rapid speed and feed to different speeds. Your CAD program will set the rapid speed based on the tool you choose including the feed.

I want to run too rapid traverse of 10% and feed rate of 100%.
Is it possible ?? after I've run a test I run everything at 100%

CNCDK,

G0 command is  rapid positioning at the max velocity defined in motor tuning.
G01 command is positioning at a feed rate  defined by the user.

Use the correct command for what you want to do.
