I have the same problem, did anyone discover a solution?

IMHO you have a "flickering" limit switch signal witch will not see on diagnostic screen.
you can play arround with debounce setting for test.

Ok that sounds like a good thought.  What or where are the debounce settings?

Config -> General Config -> upper right corner -> Debounce Interval

My problem was the z-axis limit switch, it had one lead very loose, i re-crimped it and everything works as it should.
Once it got worse i could see in the diagnostics screen that it was showing that it was tripped even when the torch was in the air.
