No magic at all.
1. I saved your dxf and converted it to 2007 ACAD which I use.
The image was mirrored about the vertical.
Then added a radius .002" at all the sharp points pointing inward to the stock.
Next I saved the file as a version 12 dxf.
2. One needs to be practical when creating a profile such that a tool can actually cut the profile.
ie; The reason for the 0.002" radius was so that a 0.001" wide tool could cut it, but practically speaking, no such a tool exists!
3. Then I just did a roughing and a finish pathing.
4. To quickly see the pathing you just use the scan line diagnostics. Else if you don't you may need to waite quite long as there is a lot
of tool paths being created depending on settings for the profile cut. If the pathing suites your needs then create a profile paths.
5. Please read the manual, don't hack the program. It's all in the manual and that is why I wrote the thing.
I like when mommy reads to me at bedtime, I can't since I can only write!
