Upgrading the firmware in a P2S

I have a P2S pendant that I've had for a few years. I used it for awhile with Mach3, but would like to now use it with Mach4. I have download the newest  firmware and loader to make this compatible with Mach4, but for the life of me, I can't seem to be able to get the FWLoader to allow me to upload the new firmware file. I've done exactly what the directions say to hold the jog wheel between detents and plug in the device, but the FWLoader app never sees this device.

Any idea what I might be doing wrong?
