Rename the current Mach3 folder to something like Mach3Old then install Mach (Ver 062 is the latest I would use) to the default C:\Mach3 location. Once done you can then copy your xml, macro folder and anything custom back from Mach3Old to your new Mach3 install folder and see if that helps.
