I am looking for some barb wire designs to cut on my cnc router. I have a Probotix Meteor and I am using Cut2d and Aspire for software. Anyone have any useful gcode files or tips on writing my own to cut barb wire as borders on signs.

Try a web search for 'barb wire .dxf' this should bring up some free options such as https://www.vecteezy.com/free-vector/barbed-wire
The desired design can then be incorporated into Aspire, converted to vector and away you go.
