I notice you are using an old version of the ESS plugin. It may be worth heading over to the Warp9 site to download their latest version and also check that you are running the recommended version of Mach4.
Perhaps download and run their latest SCU – I have found that it makes the setting-up just so easy.

Tweekie beat me, was just typing.

May I suggest you download the beta version of the plugin found at http://warp9td.com/index.php/kunena/7-general-discussion/5589-ess-mach4-public-beta-release this will save any problems with setup in the future.

really i appreciate your support,
after your advice i'm using plug in build 186 and MACH4 V 4.2.0.2914
so now the machine is much better but i have problem with Z- axis, when i'm doing homing it's just move small movement then stop before touch the limit switch
even when i do jogging  it's just move small movement then stop then machine hang never move, after that i have to close mach4 and power off/on the CNC
FYI i'm using Windows 10

Hello,
Make sure your pin assignments are correct. The controller should have come with some software that explains which pins are numbered which way. Also it sounds like you might have your acceleration and velocity turned up to high. What speed are you running your steppers at?
