If that is being measured without the load of a tool and cutting forces then I think you are done, it isn't likely to get any better.

Gary,
You are probably right. I may not mess with the 1.8Kw - overkill and probably won't make a difference. It is just odd that a C2 accuracy screw is not running in the tolerance it should.
