200 steps X 10 micSteps = 0.1 Inch Then
1 Inch = 20000, it's wrong?

you have 20,000 and it moves 22mm when you command it to move 25 so I just wondered what it would move if you put 22727.

Hood,thank you very much.You guide me to the
right direction.
I caught out that my screw drive have 5/8" diameter,
then it's TPI = 11, and pitch is 2.308 mm.
I did the changes in Step per and now all works
properly!
