Need help to control the Spindle speed in mach3
« on: June 11, 2016, 01:07:42 PM »
Using a breakoutboard from Ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1pcs-5-Axis-CNC-Breakout-Board-For-Stepper-Driver-Controller-mach3-/201414938686?hash=item2ee544103e:g:GTkAAOxyBjBTWMPR
And a Huanyang 2.2kw VFD.

everything exept the speed Control of the spindle works.
I can start\stop it from Mach3

the BOB regulates the 0-10 volt via mach, but cant get the VFD to regulate

Anyone have done this before and know how to do this

Thanks

Børge

If your getting the 0-10V to the VFD, then you probably have your VFD set incorrectly.

I have ordered a rs485 - usb converter and will try the Huanyang VFD plugin
