5 axis kinematics plugin now available

Hi everybody

The demo plugin for 5 axis kinematics is finally available.

somes limitations:
     - 100 lines of gcode in the editor
     - limited to 5 tools in the tool manager
     - the origin of the part is not saved after leaving mach3

Tested with Nvidia Geforce GTX960 et Nvidia GeForce 520M
I await your feedback to correct any bugs.

for people who do not have bug and are interested can posted me a message.

two version will be available : - 5 axis version
                                                 or
                                           3-4 axis version( for simulation only)

I forgot, I know we can use mastercam, topsolid, solidcam etc... for milling avec mach3, but through this plugin, we can curb our workpiece regardless the pivot point and just probe the workpiece.. I will explain it in a future tutorial with a mastercam postprocessor for example and if we want milling in 5 axis cheaper, just with cambam or heekscnc in positioned mode.
