Spindle does not run when running G-code but runs when I click the toggle button

Please help.
I've tried known good G-Code that has worked in the past.  Everything appears to work fine except that the M3 command appears to be ignored.
Any ideas?

It happens to me too.  Usually I just shut down the program, restart, and it's good.

check your m3 macro isn't corrupt.
