Well thats how the usual analogue drives work, 5V would drive half speed (0 to 10v drive) reverse the polarity and it would go half speed the other way.

I visited this web. This card can control 8 axis and there are Plc on board. It's very interest and low cost controller but Nobody ever used it.it compatable with mach3? i don't have information of them.
