Can a brain trigger a wave file?
« on: March 30, 2015, 04:07:58 PM »
I'm able to trigger a output to operate a physical (powered) buzzer/alarm using a brain.

However, I would like to have a wav file (audio alarm) play when I push the e-stop button or any action for that matter.

Nothing comes to mind.  I think that would be macropump territory.

Thanks,

I'll have to play around and see what I can come up with.

not sure from your question whether you're aware Mach does this out-of-the-box (but not via brians afaik)?

see "speech" and "wave" in the user guide.

you may struggle with e-stop because everything (well - nearly everything) stops on e-stop.
