Mach3 Calibration with GearBox

Hi Everybody. i have a 12Nm Step Motor and i use to 16 Microstep ( 3200) and have a 1\5 gear Box and 40 Z tooth pinion how to i calculte pls write me formule...

You've not provided enough information, as we need to know either your Z screw pitch, or Z axis tooth spacing/pitch (you say pinion, so I'm going to assume you're using a rack?)

i dnt need Z axis dear X and Y axis enough for me calculation..

İ need Formule dear.. i have many documents about that but when i test .. step per is wrong :) so i wrote my specifaction.

You need to determine the Pitch Diameter of your 40 tooth pinion.
