Hi

I am trying to tune one servo
Motor is directly coupled with screw.  2 revolution of motor will make 5 mm movement

Servo motor has techo connected. There is no cpr written. Only 20mVrpm written on name plate

What should i feed to tunning page?

I kept mach steps 140 after lot of trials. Now if i give command from mdi to move 550 mm, my physical movement is around 554/557/555 - varying random and that too in both directions

Please suggest what to do now

Ok i know now what the problem is

My drive needs run command plus reference. Mach gives reference but not start command so i tried using brain and used output which will be high when feedrate is >0

Now my question is - how should I give run command to drive? I think its not safe that i always give run with no reference and control drive with reference only. M stuck here. Please help me
