Here is the new GUI :) Lcam rev ->The Next One
« on: April 16, 2007, 10:13:40 PM »
Here you are... a seek peek at what it is going to look like... it will tell you the extremes of any entity by selecting it from the tree menu . We need to change the Icon's and I have some rapid bugs :( But as you can see it is wrapping the tool path around a cylinder (Hard to see in the Views)...

So tell me what you think and please feel free to suggests at this point... We may not do it but we will read it!

Thanks
Brian

In addition to the nicer graphics and toolbars, itll load things we never could before. Seems pretty much all ACad files are good now as well.. Be an interesting year for LCam, its getting past puberty,
wont be long till its a babe magnet. :)

Looks very nice.

Is it possible to add dimension lines in the screen (where 0 is the origin) and in the left under corner the (X,Y,Z for mill and X,Z for turn) directionmarks (something like in autocad)?

Look's Good, Maybe you could toggle on and off a grid, and put in an X0.0 Y0.0, the same for Lathe, Could use a tool save for diameter of tools used and stored. Make it for a screen to display the whole screen, as LC.now,  is TOO big for the 1028x768 that I'm using now, Have to exit bottom initial pane to get the pocket button to revial the button. Otherwise Look's Good! Hank S.

Hi
Here is a nice suggestion to think about if a guy manual nests part having a setting tab to set the val on how close a guy wants to set the part next to each other that if wouldn't let you drag the part closer then the set val
