Scanything

ozymax:
I found this program on the Sheetcam website today and I'm wondering if anyone here has used it.
I have managed to get Scanything to work but I can't save any file without purchasing the licence. Before I do that I'd be keen to hear of anyones experience with it.

I have been looking for a template tracing program for awhile now. I have tried and tried to get the copycat addon in Mach3 to work properly but it doesn't. That was a waste of money.

Forgot the link.

You can count on anything that LES at SheetCam produces, WORKS. And he WILL support it.

Rich, I appreciate the work that you put into the manual and I have read it SO many times thinking I'm doing something wrong.
The problem that I wrote about in this topic is what I get every time.

Here's a small file I did of a rectangular plate with 2x 10mm holes in the lower corners.
When I load that file into Mach3 it wants to cut 2x huge holes that are not even close to where they should be.

This is a little off topic but it's the problem I'm having with Copycat that made me look for other solutions.
