What's the secret to importing a .jpg or .bmp
« on: March 03, 2006, 04:54:58 PM »
I can import .dxf files just fine except all my text get stripped out during import.  So far, I have not been able to get the importation of bitmaps or jpegs to work at all.  I've tried messing around with some of the import parameters but all I get are rectangles or diagonal lines and .tap files that are megabytes huge?  Whaddup?

Thanks,
Sid

Wooooooo Hoooooooooo !!!!!  THANKS!!  I hope it does.  BTW- eventhough I have problems, I just want to say that I think Mach ROCKS!  It's SUCH a nice program.

Well Sid I know it will not handle text at this point...
If you brake the text into lines and arcs it will work!
it is on the list to add in text support
Fixing problems one post at a time ;)
